Cambrils is a real seafaring town, and you can feel it in every photo: colourful fishing boats swaying in the harbour, the iconic Red Lighthouse set against the sunset and an old town of cobbled lanes. Here a photoshoot blends the Mediterranean soul of the fishing port with blue-flag beaches and corners full of century-old charm.

Where to shoot in Cambrils
Cambrils — seafaring, authentic, Mediterranean and full of light. These are my favourite corners for a family, couple or holiday session:
The symbol of Cambrils: at the end of the harbour breakwater, with open views over the sea and the best sunsets on the Costa Dorada. A clean backdrop of sky and water, ideal for silhouettes and couples.
A round 17th-century watchtower, an icon of the seafaring quarter. Its golden stone and historic silhouette give a backdrop with character beside the harbour, instantly recognisable.
The colourful fishing boats and the wooden walkways between the moorings are perfect for authentic portraits with a seafaring feel, especially as the afternoon fades.
A maze of narrow cobbled streets with plants, courtyards and century-old doorways; the hermitage and the medieval towers bring intimate backdrops full of historic charm.
A wide, calm blue-flag beach with golden sand; nearby, the 11th-century castle adds a distinctive backdrop for family and couple sessions away from the crowds.
A palm-lined promenade by the sea, with golden light and a gentle breeze; perfect for photos in motion, families strolling and wide shots of the coastline.
The best light is golden hour at sunset around the harbour and the Red Lighthouse, where the sun drops over the sea and creates spectacular silhouettes. For the old town and the seafront promenade, early morning offers soft light and empty streets.

FAQ
My favourite corners are the Red Lighthouse (Far Roig) at the end of the pier, the fishing harbour with its colourful boats and the Club Nàutic walkways, the old town with the Ermita de la Mare de Déu del Camí, and Vilafortuny beach next to its castle. I also love the Passeig Marítim towards Salou for wide shots of the coastline.
